Victor Mineros appointed president of Teamsters Joint Council 42
Victor Mineros has been appointed president of Teamsters Joint Council 42, following the retirement of Chris Griswold.
Mineros began his career as a UPS package-car driver in Los Angeles and went on to serve as an organizer, business agent and ultimately secretary-treasurer of Local 396. Mineros also serves as IBT Western Region vice president.
