More than 140 warehouse workers at Smith’s Food and Drug in Las Vegas have ratified their first Teamsters contract, securing higher wages, improved health care, pension benefits, and stronger workplace protections.

These workers stood united from day one — holding practice pickets, authorizing a strike, and showing Kroger they were ready to fight for what they deserve. Their unity delivered a strong first agreement and a major win for workers across the region.
