Los Angeles Office:
A Southwest Administrators Health & Welfare & Pension representative will be at the Los Angeles office to provide individual service to local 896 members on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (the office is closed from 12 - 1 p.m.). No appointment necessary. Come in or call 213.388.3144
Vallejo Office:
A Southwest Administrators Health & Welfare will be at the hall on the 1st Wednesday of each month (the office is closed from 12 - 1 p.m.). A Pension rep from Northwest Administrators will come to the hall on the 1st Wednesday of each month if you make an appointment two weeks in advance; call Suzanne at the hall, 707.644.8896
Union Dues/Fees Payment Deadline:
Quarterly dues payments are due in January, April, July & October of each year. A late fee of $1.00 goes into effect after the 15th of the 2nd month of the quarter: February, May, August & November: A late fee of $3.00 goes into effect after the 15th of the 3rd month of the quarter: March, June, September & December.
Dues / Fees (plus late fees, if applicable) must be paid by the last business day of the quarter falling in March, June, September & December.
IMPORTANT: Members who fail to pay dues for a period of three (3) months shall be considered suspended and shall be subject to a reinstatement fee plus dues.
