NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
If for any reason you become inactive (layoff, injury, illness, leave of absence, etc.) you must request a withdrawal card from the Local Union. Your dues must be paid through the month in which the withdrawal card is requested. Providing your dues and other financial obligations are paid in full, you will be issued a withdrawal card. If you return to employment under a Teamster Contract, you must immediately deposit the withdrawal card with the Local Union.
If you are on dues check-off with your employer, your dues still have to be paid for the last month of active employment. If for any reason your dues have not been deducted, it is your responsibility to pay your dues through the current month and request a withdrawal card from Teamsters Local Union No. 186.
