Hello Randy,

My name is Rosemary, some ofthe things I learned from today's organizing class were to listen and ask the right questions, which was important to me because listening will help me figure out the problems and concerns the workers are having and it will also help identify the natural leaders in the work place. Asking questions was also important to me because it will eliminate any false assumptions and give me better knowledge of the wants and needs of the workers. The most important thing I learned was to not sell my union but to offer them a way of life. I learned a lot of other things but these were the few that stood out to me.
