Hello, Wow would be a good way to start this off. I walked into a contract 21 years ago and had never experienced anything like that before. Intimidation was and still is the first thing that comes to mind, with everything that was going on in class it made me see why house calls and continuing to interview the same people is so important. I have a great job with a great Union backing me and I was feeling a little like, well OH SHIT! You in my opinion hit that class out of the ball park if you wanted me to feel pressured scared, you know intimidated. The very little that I have in notes and what I have absorbed so far, really came together for me in that class, or maybe in my thoughts on the way home! I rewrite and then reread my notes and I see it a little better now so Thanks Randy and your crew see you all next class.
