Thank you for today's training . It's always nice to share an informative morning with hungry brothers and sisters from the labor movement. Learning how to empower workers to conquer their fears is a valuable tool in the process of forming a union. I have knocked on workers doors in the past and they are completely afraid of talking with me simply because I say
I'm affiliated with " the union". I will use the tools I gained today in my future conversations with non-union workers , simply for the fact that I know they will be effective. I enjoyed the boogie man skit, and the phrase of FDR given to us. We'll all benefit from conquering our fears and helping others conquer their fears, for once we conquer our fears , the sky's the limit,
